I don’t normally shoot photos of flowers, but when I visit Longwood Gardens it is not easy to leave without some photos. This botanical garden is one of the premier horticultural display gardens in the United States. It consists of over 1,077 acres, and it has extensive indoor and outdoor gardens that contain over 4,600 different types of plants and trees, as well as fountains. It is a very popular destination averaging over 1 million visitors a year.
